Welcome to your postcard from Paris! I'm your host, Tania Del Rio, a Paris-based well-being coach and sunrise catcher. Join me on a journey where we explore the profound impact of connecting with nature and capturing the simple joys of everyday life on our mental well-being.

Throughout 2023, I embarked on a personal adventure, experiencing the outdoors in Paris at 6 am, three times a week, for an entire year. This practice transformed my daily life, revealing the profound benefits of accountability and consistent engagement with the urban natural world.

Today, I'm here to share the anticipation, positive emotions, and uplifting energy that we can gather, both individually and collectively, with each sunrise. By simply paying attention to the sky, the shifting light, and the symphony of emotions within us, we can discover a wellspring of joy and tranquility.
